If your are new to regular exercise and are a little apprehensive about boot camp, don't worry. Our personal training sessions are designed for your personal needs whether that be for beginners or for the more experienced exercisers.
If you are worried about exercising in a gym environment or haven't yet got the confidence to exercise in public I can come to your home or we can use my own private air conditioned gym. I will provide all of the necessary equipment for either option.
Each section of the session has alternative exercises that can increase or decrease the intensity of each exercise to suit you.
If you're feeling nervous about boot camp training you could try boot camp with a friend or group boot camp with up to four friends, we offer discounts for both of these options. But don't worry all our sessions are presented in a friendly and welcoming manner and you will soon be feeling comfortable.
Boot Camp sessions must be pre-booked in advance and will be intense, for example a six week Boot Camp might consist of three sessions per week, with each session being booked on alternate days to give time for muscle recovery in between sessions and one rest day per week. 'Homework' may also be given for those recovery days.
If you're at all in doubt about your health or fitness ability to join a new exercise routine or participate in a new exercises always consult your own GP if you're in any way concerned about your health.
